I'm Head of a small business department of Noginsk administration. Moscow oblast, Russian Federation.
 
Noginsk region (inhabitants� 240�000) is in 35 kms on east from Moscow.
Enterprises textile, machine building, machine tools and tool industry are located on territory of region. Also there is a production and processing of agricultural production. The region has the good transport communications of a highway Moscow - Nizhni Novgorod, railway access roads.
